The Box Office will be open Tuesday 3-6pm and Thursdays 12-3pm. Plus, the Box Office is open two hours prior to doors on show days until the conclusion of the show.
Tickets for events can be purchased directly at the box office in person or online at
www.District142live.com. We are not able to do over the phone transactions. TicketWeb is our
only official online ticketing platform. All other platforms are considered third party sellers and
we will not be able to assist with any issues that may arise.
No, there are no box office fees at our box office. Credit card fees do apply.
Bags, purses & clutches larger than 5″ x 8″ x 2″ ARE PROHIBITED.
Single compartment bags, wallets & clutches smaller than 5″ x 8″ x 2″ WITH OR WITHOUT A

Seating is available in the mezzanine. All seating is first come, first served. We do not have reserved seating for shows.
General Admission: When a show is set for General Admission only, both the main floor and the mezzanine are included. This means you have access to the seating on the second floor, and it is first come, first served.
Mezzanine: When a show is set up with both General Admission tickets and Mezzanine tickets, you are picking which section you would like to be in. The mezzanine has seating and standing room, and all seating is first come, first served. The mezzanine has its own bathrooms and bar, as well as bartenders to serve you at your tables/area in the mezzanine.
When purchasing mezzanine tickets, please remember that there is no guarantee that seating will be available when you arrive.
***District 142 has the rights to add seating to the lower level or close the mezzanine for any show. If ticket sales for a General Admission show are low, the mezzanine will not be opened and some seating will be placed on the lower level.
The time listed on your ticket is the time that the doors will open for the show. Live music will
usually start about an hour after the doors open, but that’s always subject to change. We don’t
release set times.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. This ticket is a revocable license which may be withdrawn and admission refused anytime upon refunding the printed purchase price. The holder of this ticket is admitted on condition and by using this ticket agrees (s)he will not make or transmit or aid in transmitting and description, account, picture or reproduction of the event to which this ticket admits him. This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or other trade purposes without the express written consent of District 142. Breach of the foregoing will automatically terminate this license. Any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the rules and regulations of event, or the terms and conditions herein, may be refused admission or ejected. Holder grants permission to the Performers and their agents to utilize the holder’s image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded video display or other transmission or reproduction, in whole or in part, of the event. Professional cameras, tablets, audio recorders and video recorders are not permitted in District 142 without special permissions / credentials from District 142 in advance of the show. HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER of personal injury and all other hazards arising from or related in any way to the event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event, and further agrees that District 142 LLC and 142 Live LLC ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, EXPENSES, CLAIMS OR LIABILITIES RESULTING FROM OR RELATED TO SUCH CAUSES. Aerosol cans (hairspray, mace, pepper spray, etc.), marijuana or illegal narcotics, including accessories or paraphernalia associated with marijuana or illegal narcotics use, animals (except approved service animals or service animals in training), Noise Making devices: air horns, fog horns, bullhorns, thunder sticks, cowbells, bells, horns, kazoos, whistles, vuvuzelas, didgeridoos and other noisemakers, coolers, Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, etc.), fireworks or any types of explosives, laser pointers, any device that could create an optical illusion, or any similar devices, Professional &/or commercial cameras with interchangeable or detachable lenses, video and/or sound recording devices including laptops, tablets, iPads and/or Go Pros, Or weapons of any kind (including firearms, pocket knives, pepper spray, mace) toy or fake weapons (including squirt guns or super soakers) are prohibited. We do not have a kitchen on site. We only offer snacks at the bar.
