Here is what you need to know:
Your mobile tickets will not be available until seven (7) days prior to the event date. You will receive an email with your tickets seven (7) days prior, make sure you check your spam / junk folder if you do not receive them in your inbox. Our Box Office can also look up your tickets upon arrival of the event, just bring your ID and confirmation e-mail.
The purchase confirmation email you received secures your tickets. You do not need to take any further action at this time.
This industry-standard practice is used to prevent bots and unauthorized resellers from intercepting tickets and reselling them at inflated prices.
