Our venue rentals are exclusive use of the areas you rent.

Cutting Edge Catering is our exclusive caterer for all events. Please schedule a tour to discuss catering options.

District 142 provides staffing for bar, open or cash, with no exceptions. Bar service is an upgrade.

Rental includes using the ground-level ballroom, the stage, the mezzanine, restrooms, sound/lighting technician, tables, and chairs.

Party & Celebration Upgrades*
- Open Bar Service: Starts at $15/pp
- Cash Bar Service: $150/hr per bar
- Additional Bar Tender: $150/hr
- TV Screens: $250
- Uplighting: $250
- Coat Check Attendant: $100/hr
- Water Closet Attendant: $100/hr
Wedding Only Upgrades*
- Bridal & Groom Suite w/ Snacks: $500/day
- Wedding Party Lounge w/ Snacks: $750/day
- On-Site Ceremony: $1,000
